Welcome to Social Care Training

About our Courses

SC Training Ltd is a new and exciting company                                                         offering a new perspective founded in 2005.

We are a relatively new company but our training                                            consultants have at least 45 years experience between us all in the field of social care and education.  So we know how hard it is to find good training at reasonable prices.

In House Training

We come to you and we deliver the training to your staff according to your exact specifications. Half a day, one, two, three or more days. You tell us and we'll deliver.

Our training is fun, informative and jargon-free

Certificates of Attendance

All participants receive a certificate of attendance

Evaluation Forms

All participants are required to complete an evaluation form at the end of the training, so that they can say exactly what they thought of it. If you have your own forms we will use these, otherwise we will use our own forms. Either way we will send you copies of the forms so that you can judge whether the training was successful or not.

We review every evaluation form and we rigorously follow up any concerns that have been raised

So for further details on a quote for  course or to discuss a course further then contact us for an informal chat.

No hidden charges

We like to be up-front about our prices. We believe we provide a quality service which you will be happy with. We agree a price with you and get everything confirmed in writing before the training takes place.

We make reasonable charges to cover the trainer's travel expenses.

We also charge for the trainer's overnight accommodation, if it is difficult to travel to and from the venue in a single day.

Getting it Right for you.

We will liaise thoroughly with you well before the training takes place. We want you to tell us exactly what the training should cover.

We ask you to tell us something about the potential participants (e.g. their job roles, level of experience etc) and we also ask you to send us any organisational policies or philosophies that may be relevant to the topic

Handouts for the participants

All participants will receive a comprehensive set of handouts to accompany the training. These are attractively presented in an conference folder so they can be kept well beyond the training for reference.

Your trainer will bring all these handouts to the training, therefore you will not be expected to do any preparation of this sort.
